When does my child start school?
Most children start school in the September following their fourth birthday. However, by law a child does not have to start school until the term following their fifth birthday. All our reception age children are offered full time places when they start. If you want your child to attend part time from September or to delay entry until later on in the academic year, you must contact us directly to arrange this.

Do I apply online?
Wiltshire LA recommend you apply online but if you would like to submit a paper application then please call School Admissions Team and a copy of the form will be posted out to you. The outcome of your paper application will then be posted out to you second class on national offer day. Please note this is the day it will be posted to you and not the date you will receive the outcome. When do I find out which school my child has been offered?
You will find out which school you have been offered on 16th April 2025 (National Offer Day).
